At Cycles & Cream, we want you to love what you ride. If you’re not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we make returns simple and straightforward.
30-Day Return Window
You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—fast.
Re-Stocking Fee
A five dollar re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned that are not damaged or exchanged for another item.
